1Our first step together is for us to understand your business, your customers, your finances and your goals in terms of exit. That gives us the information we need to call up our 'best fit' clients and tell them about your business Confidentiality: We do not divulge any identifying information about your business at this stage, all names, contacts etc are redacted and we do not ask for your customer identifying data.
2 Once we have found a 'fit' we go through a process of analysis and due diligence to ensure that both yours and the acquirers wishes and expectations can be met. Where compromises are needed, we'll talk that through with all parties too.
